Modules available in a project
Once your project is open, a series of modules are available:
Dashboard
Quotations
Preparation
Purchasing
Execution
Tasks
Communications
Invoicing
Project status
Project status
Throughout your project, your project will go through two very different progress statuses:
Offer: At this status level, you will take care of all the quotation aspects of your project.
Execution: The execution status represents the entire construction phase of your project, from preparation to completion.
Depending on the status of your project, you will not have access to certain modules. Some modules are only available once the project has reached the execution stage.
Project dashboard
The dashboard is the first page of your project. This module is available as soon as you create your project and will evolve as your project progresses. It serves as a front end for the other modules in your project. It brings together a set of important information from each module of your project.
An article dedicated to the dashboard is available in our help centre. It details each important part of the dashboard.
Quotation Module
The ‘quote’ module is the first step in your project. Available from the start of the project, this is where you will manage all aspects of your project's quotes.
To learn all about the quote module, feel free to check out our article on the subject.
Preparation Module
⚠️ The preparation module is only available once your project has been moved to execution status. ⚠️
This module is used when preparing your project. This is where you will enter all the preparatory tasks for your project.
An article on the ‘preparation’ module is available in our help centre.
Purchasing Module
⚠️ The purchasing module is only available once your project has been given execution status. ⚠️
The ‘purchasing’ module is the follow-up to the ‘quotation’ module. In this module, you can redo the offer accepted in the quotation. You can create new calls for tenders in order to finalise your contracts.
For more information, an explanation of all the features of the ‘purchasing’ module is available in an article in our help centre.
Execution Module
⚠️ The execution module is only available once your project has been moved to execution status. ⚠️
In this module, you will deal with all aspects of your current project. This is where you will manage your progress reports, potential statements, etc.
As this module is very important, we recommend that you read our article on this subject.
Tasks Module
The ‘task’ module is intended for tasks that need to be completed throughout the project. Within it, you can create new tasks to assign to project members.
You can also consult our article on this subject to learn more about the task module.
Communications Module
The ‘communication’ module lists all messages sent throughout the project. External emails are also included here. It is not possible to send or edit emails from this module; it is only used to list all emails sent during your project.
Invoicing Module
Here you will find all invoices for your project as well as a payment history for the project.
The invoicing module consists of four tabs:
Sales invoices
Sales credit notes
Invoicing vouchers
Payments: This section provides a history of each payment relating to your project.
You can create your invoices, credit notes and billing notes directly in this module in the same way.
