The dashboard is the first tab in your project. This is where you will find a summary of all the important information about your project.
The ‘Summary’ tabs provide an overview of the information in the module to which they relate.
To access the dashboard and the various summary pages, go to the ‘Project’ section. In the project list screen, click on the project you wish to view.
Dashboard structure
Dashboard structure
The dashboard consists of several different sections. Each section provides you with an overview of one aspect of your project, which is detailed below.
Project title, ID and status
The first section displays the name, reference number, and status of the project.
As a reminder, your project goes through two progress statuses:
Offer: Your project is in ‘Offer’ mode throughout the quotation calculation period and while the offer is being sent to the customer.
Execution: Once the offer has been signed and the project is ready to start, you will switch the project to ‘Execution’ mode. This status will remain active throughout the construction phase of your project, from site preparation to the resolution of any issues at the end of the project.
Key figures
The ‘Figures’ section contains a monthly dashboard of various key figures relating to the profitability of your project.
Internal team, external team and partners
These three sections provide you with an overview of the members comprising the internal and external teams (partners) for your project.
Dates
The important dates for your project are listed here.
Type of contract and additional information
This section contains useful summary information about your project: the site address, type of contract, customer reference, etc., for quick access.
For each section of the dashboard, you can obtain even more data by clicking on the arrow-shaped action button.
The ‘Summary’ tabs of the project modules:
Quotation - Summary
Quotation - Summary
The Summary tab of the quotation module consists of three parts:
General information
Completeness
Cost price composition
General information
Here you will find some brief general information such as the status of the offer, its cost price, its selling price, dates, etc.
Completeness
The second part contains a table detailing each activity in your bill of quantities and the number of lines corresponding to these activities in the bill of quantities. The aim here is to be able to track the progress of tenders at a glance and see which activities you already have a price for. This allows you to follow up with your subcontractors and suppliers, targeting activities that are lagging behind.
Cost price breakdown
The last part of the summary provides an overview of the cost structure of your project activities.
Preparation - Summary
Preparation - Summary
The Summary tab of the ‘Preparation’ module contains a set of indicators that visually show you the progress of the tasks to be carried out for the preparation phase of your project. You will find:
On the left, a graph of all the tasks in the project according to their progress (to do, in progress, overdue, etc.).
In the centre, the tasks are visually represented on a timeline.
On the right, a focus on the most urgent tasks (overdue or with a deadline approaching).
Purchases - Summary
Purchases - Summary
The Purchases module summary page is very similar to that of the quotation module. The tab is also divided into three sections:
General information
Completeness
Purchase amounts
In the first section, you will find some key figures relating to your project's purchases. The second section shows the degree of completeness of purchases for each activity in your bill of quantities, and the last section summarises the purchase amount for each activity.
